Why this matters

Most bids aren’t lost on quality — they’re lost on a missed mandatory requirement that never made it into the response. The first thing an evaluator does is a conformance screen; one gap and you’re out before anyone reads your win themes. This checker runs that screen for you, so you can close the gaps while there’s still time.

Want the whole picture? The compliance matrix generator extracts every requirement from a tender, and why bids fail covers the rest of the conformance traps.

Frequently asked

What does the RFP compliance checker do?

Paste a tender's requirements and your draft response, and it tells you how much of the tender your draft actually covers — an overall compliance score, how many requirements are covered, partial or missing, and which mandatory items you’ve left unaddressed. It’s the pre-submission gap check an evaluator would do, in seconds.

Is it free, and do you store my draft?

Free, no login. Your tender text and draft are sent to the checker to score coverage and are not saved to any account or used to train models. The free check shows your score and top gaps; the full gap list and the fix for each are unlocked when you sign up.

Why does it only show some of the gaps?

The free tool gives you the headline — your score and the most urgent gaps — so you know where you stand. Seeing every gap, the specific fix for each, and a full requirement-by-requirement matrix mapped to your response is what Palmar does on your real bid; that’s the paid product the free check previews.

How strict is it?

Deliberately strict — like a real evaluator. If your draft only vaguely touches a requirement it’s flagged Partial, and anything with no real evidence is Missing. Better to see it here than at the conformance screen.
