- How do I get started?
- Create your account yourself in minutes: sign up with your work email and confirm a 6-digit code (no password), pick your plan and number of seats, and pay by card. You're discovering tenders and drafting your first response right after.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay, processed in Saudi Riyals by Tap Payments. Palmar is the merchant of record for your purchase, and your card details never touch our servers.
- Is there a money-back guarantee?
- Yes, on the 6-month and yearly terms — 7 days. If Palmar isn't right for you, request a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of subscribing and it's returned to your original payment method. The monthly term isn't covered by the guarantee; cancel anytime instead and you're not charged for the next cycle.
- What's the difference between the billing terms?
- Pay monthly; on the 6-month term you pay for 5 months and get 1 free; on the yearly term you pay for 10 and get 2 free. The same features and allowances apply on every term, and prices are per seat. The 7-day money-back guarantee comes with the 6-month and yearly terms.
- How do the monthly allowances work?
- Each workspace gets a flat monthly allowance: 1 tender response and 200 AI refinements on Discovery+, 5 responses and 1,000 refinements on Full Procurement. Allowances are per workspace — they don't multiply with seats — and reset at the start of each calendar month, with no rollover.
- What if I need more than my plan includes?
- Full Procurement workspaces can buy Tender Packs — +1 tender response and +200 AI refinements for SAR 250 — either one-time (credits stay until used) or recurring. Discovery+ subscribers can upgrade to Full Procurement.
- Do prices include VAT? Do I get a tax invoice?
- Yes. All prices include 15% Saudi VAT, and every payment comes with a compliant VAT invoice. Add your company's CR and VAT numbers at checkout and they appear on your invoices.
- How do I manage my subscription?
- Everything is self-serve from Settings → Billing: change plan or term, add seats, update your card, download invoices, or cancel — your access stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
- What counts as a tender response?
- One tender or RFP you start working on — whether you upload the documents or create it manually. Reading the documents, building the compliance matrix and drafting all happen inside that one response.
- What is an AI refinement?
- One successful AI action you trigger: a chat turn in the editor, an agent action (outline, requirement extraction, quality review, compliance check), or an inline editing action. Background processing and onboarding steps are not counted.
