- What counts as a tender response?
- One tender or RFP you start working on — whether you upload the documents or create it manually. Reading the documents, building the compliance matrix and drafting all happen inside that one response.
- What is an AI refinement?
- One successful AI action you trigger: a chat turn in the editor, an agent action (outline, requirement extraction, quality review, compliance check), or an inline editing action. Background processing and onboarding steps are not counted.
- How do I get started?
- Our team sets up your account: we learn about your tender volume on a short call, recommend the right plan, then create your workspace and send a sign-in link to your email. Book a demo to get started.
- How is billing and plan management handled?
- Your Palmar account manager handles your plan and billing — contact them to upgrade, add seats, update billing details, or end your subscription. Terms are set out in your agreement.
- What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
- Yearly billing gives you 2 months free — you pay for 10 months and get 12. The same limits and features apply on both cycles.
- What happens if I hit my monthly limits?
- Palmar tells you before you're blocked. You can upgrade to the next plan in a click, or wait for the counter to reset at the start of your next billing period — nothing is deleted.
- Who processes payments?
- Paddle, our merchant of record, processes all payments. Your card details never touch our servers, and invoices and tax handling come through Paddle.
- Do you offer plans for larger organisations?
- Yes — the Enterprise tier has unlimited responses, seats and refinements, with onboarding and custom terms. Contact us at hello@palmar.ai.
