Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 August 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Palmar platform operated by Palmar ("Palmar", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the service

You may use Palmar to discover government and private tenders, analyse tender documents with AI-assisted tooling, and prepare proposals. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to access it by methods other than the interfaces and instructions Palmar provides.

2. Subscriptions and payments

Palmar subscriptions are sold by Palmar as the merchant of record, priced per seat in Saudi Riyals (SAR) across three billing terms: monthly, 6-month, and yearly. Prices shown are inclusive of 15% Saudi VAT, and every payment is accompanied by a compliant VAT invoice. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing term until cancelled. Monthly usage allowances (tender responses and AI refinements) reset at the start of each calendar month and are counted per workspace — they do not multiply with seats. Payments are processed by Tap Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor supporting mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay; Palmar never stores full card numbers.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account settings, with effect from the end of your current billing term; you will not be charged again after that. You can also cancel by emailing billing@palmar.ai. On the 6-month and yearly terms, your first payment is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee, refunded to your original payment method through Tap Payments; the monthly term is not covered by that guarantee. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you upload (tender documents, RFPs, proposal drafts) and for ensuring you have the rights to do so. You may not use the platform to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to circumvent platform limits.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI-generated suggestions are drafting aids, not legal advice; you remain responsible for the accuracy of submissions you make to procurement authorities.

6. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@palmar.ai.
